DLHC awarded a second ground up medical project from the Hematology and Oncology practice in Deland, FL. This Design/Build project will consist of a 2.5 AC site package with two building pads. The first building will consist of a 4,500 medical office. The second building pad will be able to accommodate approximately 4,000 SF.
