The success of any project is directly related to the preplanning that takes place prior to construction. Our goal throughout the pre-construction phase is to have a complete understanding of the client and what they do, their vision for the space and their project expectations. Our Construction Manager will sit down with the client to discuss the project in detail. Together, we will come up with a plan that includes total budget evaluations and a preliminary layout of the space. We will discuss potential challenges and ways to proactively prevent them. We will also define the construction products and methods for the project and determine if there are any areas for value engineering.

By incorporating preconstruction in the Design-Build process, we can speed up the project and stay one step ahead of any challenges. This proactive, collaborative approach will contribute to the overall success and function of the finished project while saving the client time and money.
