We will define a construction plan and implement a system that stresses progress, accountability, and project completion goals. Our experienced Project Manager will utilize scheduling software that will track the development of the project, and will proactively anticipate challenges and find solutions to keep the project moving. We will also oversee the construction process and manage the relationship between the owner, sub-contractors, the design team, and the owner’s representatives.
