ORLANDO, FL, June 7 2023 – DL Harkins Construction LLC (DLHC) has just broke ground on a
new 7,764 SF Ambulatory Surgical Center near HCA Florida Osceola Hospital campus.
The new facility will be located at 905 North John Young Parkway in Kissimmee. The new
Hybrid ASC will have two Class “C” operating rooms of which one will be a hybrid operating
room. The project sits on just under 1 acre. The exterior shell of the building will be masonry
with stucco and accented with stone and aluminum awnings construction along with storefront
glass system. The site has been maximized to allow the largest building possible with the use
of an stormwater exfiltration system. The project team consists of Kinney-Engineering Inc, BDG
Booth Design Group, Inc, Mason Blau and Associates, Inc, Advanced Surgical Solutions
Management, Inc Owner Representative, and financed by FLC Bank.
