The new 24,149 SF medical office is located at 2824 Enterprise Rd Orange City, FL. The tenant space is 18,115 Sf with a shell space of 6,034 SF sitting on 4.84 AC. This facility was designed with the Patient in mind. With it calm and comforting interior to the infusion area with semiprivate infusion bays looking through a floor to ceiling glass wall. The project team consists of MRI Architecture, SSR, Worchester Engineering and Interplan.
