Citrus Cardiology has awarded DLHC a design-build contract for a 4 ac parcel to develop in an approximately 11,000 ground up Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), as well a 5,000 SF new office location for Citrus Cardiology. The ASC will be a hybrid Cardiac Cath Lab and Ambulatory Surgery Center. This unique concept will be one of the first in Florida. The estimated start for of construction for the site is 3rd quarter for the site and the 5,000 SF building, and 4th quarter for the Ambulatory Surgery Center.
