DL Harkins Construction recently finished 4 Medical Shell buildings in Hamlin totaling 36,300 SF. These buildings are situated directly across the street from the new Orlando Health Hospital on Porter Road. These buildings were built with CMU, structural steel, bar joist system. The exterior facades were upgraded to include both smooth and scored stucco, stone, and brink to balance the building’s looks.

BioSpine Institute of Tampa awarded DL Harkins Construction, LLC a design build contract to convert half of the former 3902 Millenia Blvd. office building into a state of the art medical facility.
DL Harkins Construction, LLC was awarded a second ground up medical project from the Hematology and Oncology practice in Deland, FL. This Design/Build project will consist of a 2.5 AC site package with two building pads. The first building will consist of a 4,500 medical office. The second building pad will be able to accommodate approximately 4,000 SF.
DL Harkins Construction, LLC was awarded a new ground up 16,500 SF Hematology and Oncology Center, and Site package of 4.34 AC in Oviedo, FL . The project is adjacent to the new Central Florida Regional Hospital. Construction is expected to start in mid May 2016 and be completed 1st Quarter of 2017.
DL Harkins Construction, LLC completed a 3,300 SF ground dental office for Dr. Michael Koyfman. Located in Orlando, this building took on a Modern Architectural theme. This project was completed in 7 months.
A new Culinary concept to Orlando, GYU-Kaku was awarded to DL Harkins Construction, LLC in February 2016. GYN-Kaku is a high end Japanese restaurant. The 3,500 SF Restaurant and 1,200 SF office off Restaurant Row in Orlando is scheduled to start in late March with a completion of August 2016.
Precision Periodontics and Dental Implants has awarded DL Harkins Construction, LLC a contract to build a 7,615 SF medical office building on a 1ac site. The project will include a 3,967 SF periodontist office and 3,648 SF of leasable medical space.
