DL Harkins Construction recently finished 4 Medical Shell buildings in Hamlin totaling 36,300 SF. These buildings are situated directly across the street from the new Orlando Health Hospital on Porter Road. These buildings were built with CMU, structural steel, bar joist system. The exterior facades were upgraded to include both smooth and scored stucco, stone, and brick to balance the building’s looks.
