Project Description

DLHC is proud to announce another completed project for a repeat client. The Outpatient Surgery Center of Central Florida is an innovative 9,850 SF Hybrid ASC. This highly specialized project is one of very few in the State of Florida. With a total project value of $6 million dollars, the project was built on 4.07 acres had an extensive scope of work that included a Class “C” Operating Room, Procedure Room, and Pre-Surgical and Post-Op Patient Recovery Areas and was reviewed and certified by AHCA. In addition to the Outpatient Surgery Center of Central Florida, DLHC simultaneously completed the 4,210 SF medical shell space to be utilized for a future planned Cath lab. As our clients have come to expect, the project finished on time and on budget.
