Just started a ground up Design Build 8,000 SF 2 story in Lakeland, FL for Parajon Orthodontics. Dr. Parajon was referred to us from a past Orthodontist client in Orlando. The state of the art project will house Dr. Parajon practice on the second floor, while having two lease space options on the first floor. Anticipated completion is December of 2021
