Matt and his project manager, Gary, quarterbacked the entire process and even facilitated the construction process by accompanying Us and representing our interest in front of Orlando is permitting department and variance boards. They coordinated with every subcontractor and use only the finest and professional subcontractors.
DLHC work very well with our architect to clarify and rectify any issues that came up during the process. DLHC made sure our project was on time and sequentially we incurred very little change orders due to DLHC ability to see potential pitfalls and make necessary corrections/modifications to our plans. This foresight saved us a tremendous amount of money and time. Even after Reese received the CEO and moved into our new gorgeous facility, DLHC still was there for us and handled any issues that came up. Their communication and attention to detail is top notch.
