Project Description
Precision Periodontics & Dental Implants was a design-build, ground-up construction project, located in Winter Garden. DLHC worked with Keesee Associates on the design of this modern, state of the art dental office. The plan was created to utilize natural light which helped to make the interior space bright a cheery. The project included two private doctor’s offices, eight rooms, a reception area, an administrative area, a business office, a large conference/training room, and a breakroom — the balance of the 3,648 SF building we designed for the two future tenants.
