Lake Emma Animal Hospital is located in Primera Office Park in Lake Mary, FL. This state of the art 5,900 SF veterinary hospital was designed by renowned architectural firm BDA Architects of Albuquerque, New Mexico for John Dee, D.V.M.
The Harkins’ team provided value engineering, site development, and general contracting construction services to the owner, including interior build-out of exam rooms and surgical suites. Additionally, the DLHC team was able to meet this client’s goals by using its expertise in construction modifications, structural design, and revising mechanical equipment to meet the needs of Central Florida’s codes and climates. We completed this project in seven months
