DLHC was retained by Lennar Homes, one of the largest homebuilders in the United States for the construction of their amenities packages at new communities. Included in the scope of work for pre-construction services was estimating, value engineering, budgeting, and assistance with permitting. We were responsible for the entire site, bringing in new fill and the site for the construction of a 22,472 SF and also included was a total site development of the 7-acre site.
